Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and using the vehicle for commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability: Core Auto Rentals is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of the rented vehicle, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings.
Modification of Terms: Core Auto Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms and conditions will be posted on the Core Auto Rentals website.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Core Auto Rentals operates.
